Scope and contact

These terms cover browsing the ChinaMotors website and sending enquiries about vehicles sourced from China. Contact: chinamotors@proton.me. The contracting operator's registered identity and address, seller, price and responsibilities must be provided in the written agreement before purchase.

Listings and estimates

Vehicle availability, specifications, photographs and displayed prices may change or contain errors. Ask us to confirm the exact vehicle, condition and total quote before committing. Converted prices and calculator results are estimates using the displayed inputs and rates. Delivery, customs, taxes, insurance, registration and other charges are included only when expressly stated in your written quote.

Enquiries and contracts

Submitting a form, saving a car or using the calculator does not reserve a vehicle, create a purchase contract or require payment. A purchase proceeds only after the parties agree separately on the vehicle, price, payment schedule, inspection, delivery, cancellation, returns and any applicable warranties. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these website terms.

Responsible use

Provide accurate contact details and information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, submit abusive or unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service or reuse content in a way that infringes rights. Website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective owners; photo credits are linked in the footer.

Availability and third parties

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and corrections may occur. External websites and communication platforms have their own terms. We do not guarantee their availability or content. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, disputes and updates

The privacy policy explains how enquiry data and browser storage are used. For a complaint, email chinamotors@proton.me with the relevant details. Applicable mandatory law and any separate written agreement govern the transaction; these website terms do not impose a foreign forum or remove statutory remedies. Updates apply from their publication and do not rewrite an existing purchase agreement.
