ChinaMotors is a vehicle sourcing and delivery service operating from China. For questions about this website or your personal data, contact chinamotors@proton.me. Ask this address for the registered operator's details before entering a contract.
Information we process
When you request a quote, we receive your name, telephone number, optional Telegram username and message, selected vehicle, language and request source. Do not include identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive information in the message. Technical requests also disclose an IP address and browser information to the hosting and security services. The application uses IP addresses for abuse prevention; they are not stored with a lead record.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiries to answer your questions and take steps towards a vehicle or delivery agreement at your request. Depending on the law that applies, processing may rely on pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. Optional analytics relies on your separate choice. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Recipients and international access
Authorised team members and providers supporting hosting, security, communications and backups may handle data for these purposes. Enquiry notifications may be delivered through a private Telegram work chat. Operating from China and using external providers can involve international access or processing. The relevant provider locations and any required safeguards must be confirmed for the service concerned; a cookie choice alone does not authorise every international transfer. Contact us for details before sending information you do not wish to transfer.
Retention and protection
The application is configured to remove enquiry records after 365 days and application log files after 30 days. Contract records and copies in communications or backups may follow different retention rules where needed for a contract, legal duty or claim. Contact us to confirm the period applicable to your data. HTTPS, restricted staff access and access logs help protect information; no online system can promise absolute security.
Cookies and browser storage
First-party lang and theme cookies remember choices you make for up to one year. cm-favorites and cm-compare in local storage retain your chosen cars until you remove them or clear browser data. These support features you request and do not identify you to advertisers. A versioned consent preference is kept in this browser; you can change it using Cookie settings. No optional analytics is loaded before agreement. If Google Analytics is configured and you enable it, Google receives usage and device information; its _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics leaves the car catalogue and enquiry form available. Details and current availability are shown in Cookie settings.
Your choices and rights
Write to chinamotors@proton.me to request access, correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, or to ask about portability where applicable. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. Depending on your location, GDPR, KVKK or other applicable laws may give you additional rights, including a complaint to the competent data protection authority. We respond within the deadline imposed by the applicable law. The service is not directed to children; contact us if a child has sent personal data.

Following a Telegram, email or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. We update this page when our processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
